Thank you for visiting and shopping at PIX3LPR. Below are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

4.1 Order Processing & Handling Time

  • All orders are processed and packed within 3 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and official holidays).

  • Once your order has been packaged and handed over to the carrier, you will receive an automated shipping confirmation email containing your USPS tracking number.

4.2 Shipping Rates & Estimated Delivery

We currently offer shipping to Puerto Rico and the United States via USPS.

  • Standard Flat-Rate Shipping: Calculated and applied at checkout.

  • Free Shipping: We offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders over $65.00 (before taxes and after applicable discounts).

  • Estimated Transit Time: Once accepted by USPS, delivery typically takes approximately 7 to 10 business days (around 1 week), depending on your location.

4.3 Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

You will receive a shipment confirmation email with your USPS tracking link once your order ships. Please allow up to 24–48 hours for the carrier tracking status to update in their system.

4.4 Carrier Responsibility, Lost, or Stolen Packages

  • Carrier Responsibility: Once an order has been handed over to and accepted by the carrier (USPS), PIX3LPR is not responsible for transit delays, lost parcels, or stolen packages.

  • Delivered but Missing Packages: If your tracking status states that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please check around your property or mailbox and contact your local USPS post office directly to open a carrier claim or investigation.

  • Address Accuracy: Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping details at checkout. We are not liable for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the buyer.
